Free shipping is only available on Solexx greenhouse kits. 
The Solexx Greenhouse is sold unassembled. This helps keep both shipping and greenhouse kit costs low. Each kit comes with complete written instructions and computer generated drawings.

Greenhouse kits and products are only shipped within the continental 48 states by UPS local delivery service. Additional shipping charges will apply to orders sent to Hawaii and Alaska.

Additional Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges do apply on all accessory items and panels and rolls. 

Panels and Rolls are shipped in oversized boxes and may require additional shipping charges.

Panel orders will be assessed shipping charges based on the number of panels or rolls and the destination of the order. Panels and Rolls will be shipped by UPS or LTL, whichever is less expensive for each order.

Greenhouses and heftier items (including panels) are mostly sent UPS. Small accessories not purchased with a larger item are usually sent USPS.

Delivery:
Orders are generally processed in our warehouse and shipped UPS within 2-3 business days after the order is received. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery; it may take a little longer if it is a busy time of the year.

Shipping Charges: Accessories Panels and Roles
All Accessory Only orders will include shipping charges.  Certain accessory items also include oversized charges.

Panels and Rolls Shipping Charges and Weights
Panel and Rolls orders will be assessed shipping charges based on the number of panels or rolls and the destination of the order. 

Custom cut lengths of rolled material can be shipped UPS Ground.

Rolls
• 3.5mm can be shipped UPS Ground in lengths up to 150’(.66 lb per linear foot)
• 5mm can be shipped UPS Ground in lengths up to 100’(1 lb per linear foot)
• Call for a quote on larger quantities
Pre cut panels are also rolled and shipped in boxes.

4'x8' - 3.5mm (GSP-160-8) - Weight = 6 lbs
4'x12' - 3.5mm (GSP-160-12) and 4'x8' - 5mm (GSP-240-8) Weight = 9 lbs
4'x12' - 5mm (GSB-240-12) Weight = 11 lbs

Note: UPS uses dimensional sizing rather than weights to calculate shipping costs.

Minimum Order Requirement of Greenhouse Supplies

A minimum order of $150.00 is required for Accessory Only and greenhouse supplies orders. If your order is less than $150.00, a service fee of $25.00 will be added to your order.

Shipping costs may vary based on the destination and weight or the total cost of the items you order.  Extra shipping costs may apply because of size or weight.

Sales Tax

Sales tax in the amount of 4% will be applied to all orders sent to Louisiana residents.

Missing Parts

It is very important that you complete the inventory list upon arrival of the order; even if you do not plan to assemble the greenhouse right away.  Also, you must complete the parts inventory list before attempting an assembly. 
The inventory list will show you if there are any missing parts to your greenhouse or cold frame kits. You must notify us within 10 days if there are any parts missing.

We will also need to know which part is missing. You can use the inventory list to identify a missing part.  If you are unsure, please contact us and will be happy to help you to determine which part was missing. We cannot be responsible for missing parts beyond 10 days of receipt of the item.

Damaged Parts

Parts damaged by UPS or shipping company must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item.  If your greenhouse kit or cold frame arrives damaged because of UPS or the shipping company, we will gladly work with you in order to resolve the problem.  However, we cannot be responsible for damage reported beyond 7 days of receipt of the item.

Return Policy

All returns of Solexx greenhouses, panels, or other products must be shipped back to API freight paid by customer and in the original package.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. If you choose to return a greenhouse kit or cold frame, your will be responsible for the shipping costs back to the supplier. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Once a greenhouse kit is received by the customer, the customer accepts full responsibility for it, including set up and use. Neither Greenhouse Kits Go Green, Solexx, API Inc., nor its suppliers is responsible for losses to persons or property as a result of damage caused by shipping, misuse, neglect, improper installation, repair, alteration, or accident.  Greenhouse kits must be assembled according to manufacturers’ instructions to maintain the manufacturers’ warranty. 

Cancellation

There will be no charge for orders canceled on the same business day on which the order was placed as long as it is prior to 4:00 PM CST. After that deadline, and before it is shipped, there will be a 5% cancellation fee charged to you, if you choose to cancel your order.  If you choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped, it is regarded as a return and will be processed in accordance with our return policy.
